农历正月初一，国航的CA1315的777顺利抵达广州，打开手机，祝福的短信接踵而至，我实在没有精力一一回复，我不太喜欢“群发”这种方式，因为同一条内容很可能会收到两次以上，甚至有些粗心大意的朋友在转发时候连名字都忘记改了。确实，有些祝福太廉价，如果找条短信群发一遍，也已然无法体现我的诚意。当然，我还是给大多数朋友回复了信息。

I know tradition has it that on this morning I place Happy Anniversary cards on your breakfast tray. But things are somewhat mixed up. I substituted a gift and delivered it a few weeks ago.
Still this is the day, the day that marks 31 years of such happiness as comes to few men. I told you once that it was like an adolescent's dream of what marriage should be like. That hasn't changed.
You know I love the ranch but these last two days made it plain I only love it when you are there. Come to think of it that?s true of every place and every time. When you aren't there I'm no place, just lost in time and space.
I more than love you, I'm not whole without you. You are life itself to me. When you are gone I'm waiting for you to return so I can start living again.
Happy Anniversary and thank you for 31 wonderful years.

The importance of honeybees ----thanks for help of Emily
Anyone who has ever had a garden, an orchard or a farm knows the importance of honeybees.They fly from flower to flower, gathering nectar to make honey. More importantly, they pollenate crops.As a beekeeper for more than 30 years, I am a big admirer of these little workers. Hearing North Carolina, if we didn't have honeybees, we would lose at least 47 million dollars a year in fielding garden crops. Strawberries,watermelons,corn,squash,beans,all these puts more than 100 other important crops from foods to nuts, couldn't exist without pollination by the honeybee.Indeed, something like 50 percent of wild life food also depends on honeybees.Shortly before spring, my neighbours went to beehives and moved them to their apple orchards.I'm lucky that the bees in my hives consider my apple orchards home.It's amazing when you think about it.Each worker bee will visit hundreds of flowers in a single day.Imagine if we humans had to do that much running around. Over the years, I've noticed that different hives have different personalities. Some are easy going, with no protective closing on, you can open them any time and watch them work.Other hives are just the opposite. You must be prepared and well protected when you visit them, or you will be stung.

Here is a table of the amount of suicide among college students in mainland per year. As is shown above, in 2002, the amount of suicide was 28, and increased to 68 in 2004. And the increase rapidly continued in the following two years, they are 116 in 2005 and 130 in 2006. The number is increasing year by year, what may be regarded as a big problem of the whole society.
Actually, I was shocked when I read this topic and the statistics. I just can’t believe that the numbers are so large and trending up. I searched some reports and articles on this topic and found the source of the problem almost to be the heavy pressure of the college students at present. This is an age with drastic competition. The college students face the problems and pressure from all aspects, such as taking up an occupation, taking examination to get master’s degree, and some sentimental problems like taking care of the relationship with a boyfriend/girlfriend or facing failures on study and daily life.
To avoid the suicide happen or to stop the increase of the number of suicide, I think the most important and efficient measure should be taken is to enhance the communication among college students to realize their psychologies and educate ones who are negative. And I believe it’s necessary to make them to learn how to take all kinds of problems in hand. Suicide means to kill one by oneself, no body can stop it because everyone’s life is in control of oneself. Attitude decides everything. One who with positive attitude on life won’t come up with the idea to end his life, I’m sure.
